Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. During seasonal drops and sale periods dispatch can take an extra day or two — we'll always keep you posted.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? You can return any unused, unburnt candle or unopened diffuser within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please keep the original packaging so everything arrives back safely.
To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return postage is covered by you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it straight away at no cost — no need to send anything back.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return arriving with us. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
